Dear Family and Friends:

The saddest moment is when the person, who gave you the best memories, becomes a memory. It is with a bleeding heart and tearful eyes that we inform you of the catastrophic loss of our beloved 18-year old Shayan Mortazavi, who was a freshman at Lynne University in Boca Raton, Florida.

He was a son, grandson, nephew, friend, and most of all a gentle soul. Shayan was a gift from God. We loved him, but God loved him more and he decided to take him back to heaven. With his short-lived existence, our hearts were torn into two; one half filled with heartache, and the other with sorrow. Remembering him is easy, but missing him is a despair that will never go away. Shayan's life was a blessing, his memory a treasure; he is loved beyond words, and missed beyond measures. Even though he was given a short time on this earth, he managed to touch the lives of his family and friends. We will always cherish his memory for being a happy, vivacious, energetic, dynamic, smart, and kind- hearted human being. His memory will be eternal.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday, April 30th at Roswell Funeral Home located on 950 Mansell Road, Roswell, GA 30076 at 10:00 AM.
